Shipping policy

Our current turn around time (time from purchase to item shipping) is 10-15 business days. This is due to the nature of items being hand made. Unfortunately, once items have been shipped, it is out of our hands. Package protection insurance is available for purchase in the form of Route Insurance at check out.
